Rum
The Grim Reaper
This unaged white rum is produced in Stranglethorn Vale with locally grown sugar cane. After masserating it is filtered to provide a clean and lightly alcohol-forward rum with a significant flavour of the sugar cane and notes of vanilla, banana, and cream. On the sweeter side this is great for a summer's eve over ice or cocktails!

The Bronzed Captain
This spiced rum is produced in Stranglethorn Vale with locally grown sugar cane. Enriched with molasses, cinnamon, clove, ginger, galangal, and vanilla, this rum has a chocolate-forward aroma with hints of coffee and pepper in addition to the spices used. A perfect sipping rum!

The Black Horseman
This black rum is produced in Stranglethorn Vale with locally grown sugar cane. After aging in the barrel for three years the molasses-enriched rum takes on the flavours of the barrel in addition to the spices used within. This tobacco and coffee-forward rum has a hint of sweetness and lime freshness.

The Coconut Crab
This coconut rum is produced in a similar fashion as the Grim Reaper, however, is then stored for one month with cracked and diced coconut, infusing it with a strong flavour of coconut and reinforcing the sweetness of the rum with natural sugars. Perfect to mix with juices for a grandiose cocktail.

Vermillion Rum
An aged black rum with a long guarded secret. Heralded as one of the best in the world this heavily spiced rum has a molasses-forward aroma with hints of vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, clove, chocolate, and lime. An extremely complex rum with a depth of flavour that could be explored for many bottles without definitive result.
